Birthdays are often celebrated with cakes, parties, and loud cheers. But for INTISERA, turning 8 meant something different this year. Instead of blowing out candles, we chose to spread warmth by visiting our elders at Wisma Sahabat Baru Nursing Home in West Jakarta.
On March 7, 2026, our team made their way to Jl. Sahabat Baru No.39, Duri Kepa, Kebon Jeruk, bringing more than just donations, we brought our time, our attention, and our hearts.
The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with smiles that felt like home. Some of the residents were eager to share stories, others simply appreciated the company. We spent time listening, laughing, and learning from their experiences, moments that reminded us how meaningful genuine human connection can be.
We also handed over daily necessities we hoped would make their days a little easier: rice, frozen food, detergents, cooking oil, and other essential items. Nothing grand, just simple things we hoped could bring comfort and show that they are not forgotten.
For us at INTISERA, this visit wasn’t just a CSR activity. It was a reminder that growth is not only measured by revenue or expansion, but by the kindness we extend along the way. As we celebrate 8 years of engineering solutions across Indonesia, we’re also learning to build something just as important: compassion.
